Clustal Omega Multiple Sequence Alignment

 

Clustal Omega is an MSA tool from the European Bioinformatics Institute, which is part of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory. 

It is able to produce MSAs for three or ore sequences. The output is given in a .aln format, which was subsequently put into the multiple alignment printer, Boxshade. This can produce results in a number of visual formats, such as the shaded one shown below.
